In 2017, he took a bold leap into his own entrepreneurial journey, acquiring a business in the insurance sector. Currently, he also manages a construction business to compliment the needs of property renovations. The love for real estate was established in 2005 when purchasing his first foreclosure, using a house hack strategy that would set the tone for future endeavors in real estate. Over the years, Cleo's passion for real estate was evident as he flipped houses as side-projects, and then in 2020 transformed this hobby into a business craft.
